- Motivate people to become friendly toward Japan and develop an interest in learning about Japan, deepening ties between Japan and Latin America,and the Caribbean, and expanding the foundations of Japan’s foreign policy by encouraging an understanding of Japan’s foreign policy toward Latin America. The program also exposes participants to the current status of Japan’s policy, as they are expected to contribute to strengthening relations with Japan in various areas.
- Enable the invited participants to actively communicate Japan’s foreign position and the appeal of Japan, to contribute to improving the external image of Japan in international community and to further promote sustainable interest in Japan.
- Promote a better understanding of Japan in Latin America and encourage the development of relationships between Japan and Latin America based on a deep mutual understanding.
